Accommodation Warden

We process millions of stems annually and it isn’t possible to harvest daffodils with machinery. Therefore, each daffodil stem is handpicked, and we will employ many seasonal staff in the daffodil season. Some of these live on the farm during their employment and many return to work on the farm year after year.

Due to our accommodation expansion, we are now looking for someone to join our Welfare team and work on our caravan site. The right to work in the UK is essential. This role will require someone with the desire to assist us with all inductions, translations and all the welfare of the occupants. You must speak communicative English and either or both of Russian or Ukrainian. Due to the location of the farm and the needs of the job, a driving license is desirable.

We love what we do. It’s not just a place of work but a community too and we would love for you to come and join us.
